When Aliens: Fireteam Elite Released last August, Cold Iron Studios looked to mix core gameplay episodes with similar crowd-slaying titles like left 4 Dead game And the world war z with floors Aliens Franchise business. Players take on the role of a marine colony with a variety of classes, perks, equipment, and weapons at their disposal as they are tasked with completing objectives and surviving against the relentless waves of Xenomorphs. Cold Iron Studios has given a more in-depth look at what to expect with a new trailer. Pathogen DLC will feature an all-new campaign that explores the effects of the mysterious black goo on local and exotic life. The Xenomorphs have contacted it causing it to mutate, and it is up to the Colonial Marines to deal with the situation that involves a confrontation with an angry Alien Queen who appears near the end of the trailer.

The Pathogen DLC trailer also confirms previously shared information such as the addition of a hardcore mode. However, the development team has shed more light on previously announced information such as a hardcore mode that features a “permadeath” and up to fifty different levels of challenge. The nurse will also introduce eight new weapons, a new feature for each class, thirteen new weapon attachments, a set of new emotes for interacting with Fireteam members, new enemy types, and three new missions when it launches on August 30.

Despite its moderate success at launch, Aliens: Fireteam Elite The number of players has dwindled due to the lack of new content and updates to keep players engaged. However, the latest DLC and a variety of free updates seem to be the answer the game needs as Cold Iron Studios is committed to making this a good co-op survival experience.
