I expected a lot of rough edges here given the studio’s size, but honestly, it feels more polished than a typical Dark Souls game in some ways.

Although it has this advantage over FromSoftware, there are a few places where the limitations can be felt. I really enjoy the idea of ​​it being set in the European steampunk style, but the slide I played wasn’t quite as rich in Gothic details as blood borne. The same goes for her enemies, who are not particularly distinguished. However, I only saw a small part of what the game has to offer. Given the scale of the project, it’s an incredibly impressive feat – born out of a true reverence for the games that inspired it.
